Independent buyer-side support
About CarHaul Link
We help business buyers translate car-hauling duty into a traceable factory RFQ. We are not a trailer manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, carrier or regulator.

A defined procurement role
CarHaul Link coordinates requirement capture, candidate matching, quotation normalization and evidence requests. Supplier selection, contracting and payment remain buyer decisions.
Claims we do not make
We do not claim owned factories, verified inventory, universal certifications, guaranteed delivery dates or automatic approval for a destination.
Controls used in each sourcing brief
One duty statement
Representative vehicles, operating route, loading method and tow-vehicle constraints are recorded before supplier comparison.
One configuration basis
Deck geometry, axle/brake package, coupling, accessories and ratings are made explicit so alternates can be identified rather than silently substituted.
One delivery basis
Quantity, destination, Incoterm, inspection, packing and documents are separated from the equipment price.
Open exceptions
Unknowns and supplier deviations remain visible for buyer review; a reference specification is not treated as proof of the final unit.
How CarHaul Link works
Do you sell trailers from inventory?
No. We coordinate sourcing; availability and price come from current, configuration-specific factory quotations.
Do you approve suppliers or vehicles?
No. We collect evidence and highlight comparison gaps. Buyers and qualified destination-side parties make approvals.
Can specifications change?
Yes. Ratings and equipment depend on the exact build, so every accepted alternative needs a revised quote and supporting specification.
Bring a duty brief, drawing or reference link
We will turn it into a structured inquiry without treating reference material as proof of factory capability.
